Here is the video from the Rusty Wallace 2000 Upper Deck Victory Circle Power Deck PD3 trading card that was randomly inserted in to packs of 2000 Upper Deck Victory Circle. You would play this CD-ROM on your computer. Amazingly after all these years most computers don’t come with CD-ROMs any more. In the hay day everything was on CD-ROMs. Heck most of the folks accessing the web are now doing it on their phones. How times have changed but this video treasure has been saved and I hope you enjoy it.
