The world of instant trading cards is coming to NASCAR. Topps started the trend at the start of the 2016 Baseball season with Topps Now. These are trading cards that are made of recent events and only available for sale for a short time frame. This produces trading cards of the latest events and the number printed depends on the number ordered. Think of this a year long highlight trading card set.
Panini also got in to the game with Panini Instant. It’s the same concept as Topps Now but for Basketball and Soccer.
Panini will create Panini Instant NASCAR Chase cards for each week’s 2016 Chase race winner. Since NASCAR requires a lot of approvals the weekly Chase trading card will sold on every Friday during the 2016 Chase at 2 PM CST and will be available for only 24 hours. Print runs for each week will not be known until the cards are printed as they have a 1 of number printed on the back.
